First we will determine if you’re eligible (based on age, medical history, location and test responses)
second
Next you’ll be asked to enter your current Rx (you can pull this from the side of your current contact lens box)
third
This is the fun part – take the vision exam. This is where you’ll need your computer, phone, and 10ft of space.
fourth
An Ophthalmologist will determine Rx accuracy and if they can prescribe you an Extreme H2O product.
